Sleep Study Participants Needed
The University of Pittsburgh is conducting a study to better understand how brain functioning differs between people with and without insomnia. The study involves questionnaires, a physical exam, evaluation of sleep patterns in the sleep laboratory, and brain imaging studies. Participants should be 35-55 years old without sleep problems, in good physical and emotional health, not currently taking medication for anxiety or depression. Stoles for Sale
WMI is currently selling Vietnamese Stoles. Stop by the WMI student staff office, McNaugher 102, to check out samples of the stoles and get an order form. First Parish Project: A Support and Enhancement Program for Beginning Clergy
This project, which is funded by the Lilly Endowment and by Hinton Rural Life Center, is a continuing education program aimed at developing and sustaining effective pastoral leadership in the small membership church (understood in this context as those congregations that average 100 or less at the principal weekly worship service). It targets pastors who are (1) age 35 or younger, (2) serving their first full-time pastorate, (3) which is a small membership church.
